Conditions of Australian Sun Care

The Australian Sun Care Conditions are in accordance with the Model Code of Conduct for e-business Electronic Commerce Platform Netherlands (ECP.NL).

Australian Sun Care is part of Shops4youonline Ltd

Shops4youonline Ltd is located on the Voerstlaantje 2 3865 AA in Nijkerk, Netherlands.

The General Conditions of Australian Sun Care provide inter alia that the products and / or services must be described clearly and faithfully. Moreover, it should be clear to the consumer what rights and obligations as he accepts the offer. This relates to the price, inspection period, method of payment and shipping. The approval period should be at least seven days. Within that period the consumer his order, without giving any reason, return.

The General Conditions of Australian Sun Care has with respect to the statutory approval period for consumers exceptions to the nature of the goods or services (Art. 5, paragraph 3). Article 1 - Definitions

In these conditions shall apply:

Article 2 - Identity

Article 3 - Terms and Conditions

Article 5 - View term

Article 6 - Conclusion of the agreement
